All our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty and the terms and conditions vary according to the manufacturer. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no delivery charge to you. You may return most new, unopened items within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

We are not liable for returns or exchanges that do not reach us. For that reason, we highly recommend that you send your package by a method which provides for certification of mailing and/or confirmation of receipt.

To request a refund/replacement, you may email us at partshoppecebu@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery so we can attend to your concern. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process returns once they arrive at our warehouse. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/replacement once we've received and processed the returned item.

In the event that we cannot fulfill your replacement request due to product availability, you may choose another item with the same purchase price, of the same brand or merchant. Should you wish to upgrade to an item with a higher purchase price, you may choose from our various payment methods to pay for the remaining balance.

Although we will make every effort to promptly handle your return or exchange, please allow at least two weeks from our receipt of your return or exchange for processing.

 

Refunds

» Any opened item returned within 7 days of delivery: 80% of item's price. (no return of items after 7 days)
» Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons that is outside of our responsibility will not be refunded/replaced.

 

Receiving a Refund

Please allow us a maximum of 4 weeks to process your request. (usually you'll receive the refund/replacement sooner)

 

Non-Returnable Items

Part Shoppe does not accept returns of the following items:

» Items more than 7 days after delivery
» Any product missing the serial number or SKU

 

Canceling Orders

You may cancel any order free of charge and without giving us any reason, provided you payment has not yet been confirmed. If you have submitted an order and wish to cancel, please check the status of your order first by calling us . Orders with confirmed payments follow the refund policy.

Delivery Time

We keep you informed

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
